Caitlin Mayernik (she/her/hers) is a New-York arts professional, collaborating on dynamic large-scale theatre, film, and experiential events as director, writer, and production manager.

Currently, Caitlin is the Manager of Special Events at Guggenheim New York, where she collaborates on production for a variety of large-scale fine arts, film, fashion, and theatre experiences, and manages client relationships and production for events on-site. Caitlin began her New York producing career at Sesame Street Workshop, where she collaborated on building entertainment events & productions within the Non-Profit. Previous to Sesame, Caitlin was with The LA Writers Center, where she produced international new-work theatre scripts, and led film festival panel programming with The Ann Arbor Experimental Film Festival. While in New York, she has freelanced production on set for a variety of digital content formats including brand ads, corporate commercials, social content, feature films, independant films, and episodic content.

While in New York, Caitlin has directed and produced new-work theatre scripts, developing productions of plays and musicals at The Producer's Club, The Paradise Factory, The Tank NYC, The Brick Theatre, The Secret Theatre, The Makers Ensemble, and with First Kiss Theatre. Her original script Flower Power has been developed at The Tank NYC, The Pittsburgh Playhouse, Marymount Manhattan, and Davidson College. Caitlin has spent time on a variety of New York feature and independant film sets as a Director, Writer, Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, and Performer.

Caitlin is originally from Detroit, MI and received her BFA in Theatre Arts from Point Park University, where she co-founded The Pittsburgh Playhouse's new-work theatre development company, & served on The Pittsburgh Playhouse's Accessibility & Inclusion committee, creating equitable, accessible theatre performances for audiences & performers.

Outside of her professional life, Caitlin loves traveling and has backpacked four continents, enjoys reading nonfiction memoirs, painting, and walking her dog, Basil.
